  • Claims data: Relevant to any insurance claims processed on your behalf
  • Health data (special category): Typically handled directly by the product provider (e.g., via secure portal links). We do not retain this unless essential (e.g., in claims or vulnerable client situations)
  • Online usage data: Cookies, IP addresses, analytics—only collected with your consent (see our Cookie Policy)
  • AML/PEP checks: Results from money laundering, sanction, or politically exposed person screenings

When we collect special categories of data, we do so with your explicit consent or under applicable exemptions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
